Mr. K. G LAWRENCE
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. K. G Lawrence has been in various business activities for nearly five decades which include Marine Exports, Financial Services, etc.
He was the President of the Seafood Exporters Association of Kerala and also occupy the positions of: Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA; Under Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India), twice, Member: Minimum Wage Board and former President of Cochin Fine Arts Society.
Currently he is on the Board of Governers of Prajyothi
Nikethan College, Puthukkadu.
He is the Managing Partner of Geo Seafoods and Director of
Monsun Foods Private Limited.

Mrs.Valsa Lawrence wife of Mr. K. G. Lawrence, holds directorship in various companies of Geo VPL group.
Mr. PRADEESH LAWRENCE

Mr. Pradeesh Lawrence is a Graduate in Economics and entered into business soon after his graduation. He has been actively involved in the day-to-day activities since the inception of the Company. He holds directorship in various companies of Geo VPL group. He is also a Director in Hi-Tech Universal Printers and Publishers (India) Private Limited,Coimbatore.
Mrs. JULIE PRADEESH

Mrs. Julie Pradeesh hold a master degree in Business Administration. She has been actively involved in the day-to-day activities of the Company. She holds directorship in various companies of Geo VPL group. She is also a director in Hi-Tech Universal Printers and Publishers (India) Private Limited, Coimbatore.
Mr. Dileep K P
Independent Director
Mr. Dileep K P is a seasoned banker with over 38 years of experience with State Bank of Travancore and State Bank of India, from where he retired as Assistant General Manager. During his banking career, he managed several large corporate and NBFC accounts and specialized in project appraisal across sectors such as power, infrastructure, steel, cement, textiles, SME, export credit, and trade finance. For the past six years, he has been practising as an Insolvency Professional and Liquidator, actively associated with the National Company Law Tribunal. He is empanelled as an Insolvency Professional with leading banks and financial institutions including State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC) and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC). He has successfully handled multiple insolvency resolution cases. Mr. Dileep K P was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 18 August 2025.
Mr. M. VENUGOPALAN
ADVISOR TO THE BOARD
Mr. Mannil Venugopalan is the Former Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of India, and former MD & CEO Federal Bank Limited. Quintessentially a commercial banker, he has an impeccable career record spanning of four and a half decades in diverse geographies at leadership capacities – both in India and abroad. He started his career as a Probationary Officer with Bank of India in 1966, with a stint for 3 years in between with Union Bank of India as an Executive Director and rose to the position of the Chairman & Managing Director of Bank of India.
