Branch Executives
- Responsible for entire branch operations.
- Should bring new customers.
- Should develop business and increase sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships to boost loyalty.
- Recovery and Payment follow up
- Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC
adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate with basic computer knowledge.
- Good communicative skills is a must
Gold Appraisers
- Ability to differentiate between real and fake gold and to analyze actual purity by physical verification. A born appraiser is a plus.
- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, etc.
- To provide high-quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
- Support branch executives in business development activities and help achieve branch targets.
