• Responsible for entire branch operations.
• Should bring new customers.
• Should develop business and increase sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships to boost loyalty.
• Recovery and Payment follow up
• Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.

Qualifications

• Graduate with basic computer knowledge.
• Good communicative skills is a must

Gold Appraisers

• Ability to differentiate between real and fake gold and to analyze actual purity by physical verification. A born appraiser is a plus.
• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, etc.
• To provide high-quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
• Support branch executives in business development activities and help achieve branch targets.
